This prominent site directly overlooks the coastline and Belfast Lough, located adjacent to the Royal Ulster Yacht Club. The design is for 20no. luxury apartments, including penthouses, orientated on the site to exploit the stunning sea views.  This project includes significant interior design and detailing.

Our feasibility design strategy for the site responds to the prominent coastal location, aiming to secure its reputation as a landmark site with Bangor and the Ballyholme Bay area.

 

Externally ONE Ballyholme will have no comparison or rival whilst internally it will seamlessly blend traditional styling with modern living.

 

Our strategy maximises the site potential, with every apartment benefiting from sea views. The heavy use of landscaping and external amenity space greatly increases the quality of living and allows the site to converse with the surrounding parklands and coastal routes.
